Meet Nicole

Hi, I’m Nicole — a leader and educator with a passion for helping young people build confidence and discover their purpose. For over 20 years, I’ve designed and led thousands of hours of leadership programs for audiences ranging from afterschool and summer campers to corporate and healthcare professionals. No matter the setting, my focus is always the same: making learning relevant, engaging, and actionable.

I love helping young people discover their unique leadership “fingerprint.” My approach blends human-centered teaching with data-driven results to create programs that truly inspire growth. I thrive on building environments where people feel safe to take risks, stretch beyond their comfort zones, and discover the kind of leaders they want to be — and the impact they can make on the world.

Grounded in education and social justice, I am committed to equity-centered leadership development. My goal is simple: to help the next generation of leaders develop the courage to be authentic, the tools to navigate challenges, and the vision to create meaningful change.
